369 AI is a Chrome extension. Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "369 AI", and click "Add to Chrome". After installation, you'll see the 369 AI icon in your browser toolbar.
369 AI works on Facebook.com and Messenger.com. It's designed for managing personal connections and leads from Facebook Messenger conversations and profiles. Business Suite has different APIs that we don't currently integrate with.
We support OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), and xAI (Grok). You bring your own API keys, so you have full control over your AI costs and usage. Configure your preferred provider in the extension settings.
Connect your HighLevel account in Settings. Once connected, leads are automatically synced to HighLevel as contacts. Tags, notes, and Facebook analysis results are also synced. The integration uses HighLevel V2 API for full compatibility.
The 7-day free trial includes full access to all features: unlimited leads, all AI features (with your own API keys), HighLevel integration, webhooks, and all automation tools. No credit card required to start.
Voice message transcription requires an OpenAI API key (for Whisper). Once configured in Settings, you'll see a transcribe button on voice messages in Messenger. Click it to convert the audio to text instantly.
Yes. Your lead data is stored locally in Chrome's storage by default. When you enable sync, data is encrypted in transit and at rest. API keys are stored only in your browser and never sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Log in to your dashboard and click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe billing portal. From there you can cancel, update payment methods, or download invoices. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
